  • How long will it take to fulfill orders?

We try to fulfill all orders within 1-3 business days after they're placed.

  • Can I return my items for a refund?

At Sario Boutique we do not accept items for a refund. If your items are not worn or damaged we can accept them for a store credit ONLY. Items MUST be sent back within 7 business days of receiving your items in order to receive store credit. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your item(s).  

  • I received a faulty/defective item. what do i do? 

Customer satisfaction is our main priority! If you receive a defective item please visit our CONTACT US page and please include:

  1. Your name and the order number associated with the defective item(s).
  2. Photo(s) of the defective/faulty item(s).
  3. A detailed description of the issue with the faulty item(s).

Please contact us within 7 days of the order delivery date!

  • Where is my order?

We typically ship order 1-3 business days after the order was initially placed. You will receive a tracking number to the email you provided when you placed your order. Please check your emails for your tracking number. You can also check your order status on our website in our ORDER TRACKING page.

  • What payment methods do you take?
We currently take Credit, Debit, Paypal, and AfterPay.
