Shipping policy

Frequently asked questions about shipping.

We currently ship worldwide. If you're having trouble with shipping to your country please feel free to email us at sarioboutique@gmail.com or by filling out our CONTACT US form.

All orders are usually packaged and shipping within 1-2 business days of the date they're placed. Shipping can usually takes 1-5 business days depending on the destination.

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Please check your email for a tracking number. You can also track your order using the ORDER TRACKING page on our website.

Returns and exchanges

We do offer our customers the option to return their order if an item doesnt fit or you received the wrong item. Please make sure you email us at sarioboutique@gmail.com with the reason why you need a return. The customer is responsible for ANY postages due to sending an item back.

(note: An order only qualifies for return if its returned within 5 days of the delivery date. Items must be new and unworn. We serve the right to deny a return if any of the above guidelines arent followed.)

Yes, we do offer exchanges only if items are new and unworn and in the same condition as you received them, Please email us within 5 days of the delivery date.

Customer satisfaction is our main priority! If you receive a defective item please visit our CONTACT US page and please include:

* Your name and the order number associated with the defective item(s).

* Photo(s) of the defective/faulty item(s).

* A detailed description of the issue with the faulty item(s).

Please contact us within 5 days of your delivery date to ensure we fix the issue!

Changes to order

If you entered the wrong shipping address, apt number etc.. we can make a change if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order or if your order has yet to be fulfilled. unfortunately, if we have fulfilled your order, we cannot make any changes to your order as the post office has your order. In this case, you will need to contact your local usps.
